As a client of Royal Pet, you understand that pets are instinctual in nature and may not always be completely controllable, even when we provide the highest level of care.By engaging our services, you release Royal Pet and its contracted staff from any liability for unpredictable incidents that may occur while your pet is in our care. This includes incidents such as injury or escape, instigated fights or predatory behavior with other animals (domesticated or feral), home or property damage, personal injury, or accidental death.Please note that as the client, you remain liable for any injury or damage caused by your pet to third parties. However, the above waiver of liability in favor of Royal Pet shall not apply or be effective if our conduct in providing pet care services is found to be grossly negligent, reckless, or if there is intentional misconduct.At Royal Pet, we prioritize the safety and well-being of your pets.
